Three months after Maria Zilda Bethlem declared that José de Abreu has bad breath, the actor tore up the verb and made strong accusations against his former colleague from TV Globo. Earlier this year, Maria Zilda was participating in a live with another actor, Murilo Rosa, when she recalled the time when she and Zé de Abreu starred in the soap opera “Bebê a Bordo” (1998).
At the time, Murilo had asked the artist: “Have you ever kissed someone with breath?” “Yes! It was unbearable. Evidently, he drank. It was outside, he was sweaty. He already smelled of sweat, plus the [smell] of cigarettes, plus that of booze, it was an unbearable thing! Zé [de Abreu] was an animal,” said the artist.
On Tuesday (28), José de Abreu used social media to comment on the matter. “It released fake news. Maria Zilda says that Zé de Abreu has bad breath! She preferred to kiss him away from her husband. After all, the husband was the director of the soap opera,” the veteran posted on X (formerly Twitter).
“Maria Zilda lies that she doesn’t even feel. She cheated on her husband with me YEARS after BABY ON BOARD, when she said I had bad breath. […] I got tired of being accused by a loser who only managed to be the protagonist because she married Talma [Roberto Talma, director of Globo who died in 2015]. They broke up, and her career was over,” he said.
He continued: “Enough. I’m not going to put up with a former actress who has NO RESPECT among her peers saying shit about me. Even more so in a live with another piece of shit who, if he was worthy, would have defended me. It is not by chance that there is the verb ‘MURILAR’ on Globo, that is, to act like Murilo Rosa. And I don’t talk about him, he doesn’t deserve it.”
The actor also exposed that he had an affair with Maria Zilda. “Maria Zilda and I had a beautiful love. Too beautiful for the low-spirited woman that she is. Does anyone have questions? Ask make-up artists, hairdressers, chambermaids, any member of the Globo team, who this star was, Talma’s wife, who by the way gored her with everyone,” he said.
“Enough, it’s been years of sluttiness on my breath. I’ve been married to 5 women, I’ve been eaten by dozens of them. […] So the little story she told Murilo Rosa is ABSOLUTELY CRAZY,” added Zé de Abreu.
This is not the first time that José de Abreu declares that he had sexual relations with Maria Zilda. In the book “Abreugrafia”, he narrated the affair he had with the actress behind the scenes of the film “The Intruder” (1979), as well as an intimate meeting with Vera Fischer.
