Presenter Silvio Santos, who died at the age of 93 last Saturday (17), did not give interviews for a specific reason: according to the presenter, an American psychic would have made a prophecy, in which the communicator could not give interviews, write a book or be in a movie. If he did, he would die the next day.

Therefore, in 2015, when he was invited to participate in Jô Soares’ program, the businessman refused the request. At the time, the presenter’s press office confirmed to the press that he would not participate in the program due to the fortune teller’s prediction.

Death of the presenter

Silvio Santos, icon of Brazilian television, died at the age of 93 last Saturday (17). The information was confirmed by the social networks of SBT, the communicator’s broadcaster. The presenter had been hospitalized since the beginning of the month in a hospital in São Paulo, where he died.

The communicator’s first hospitalization was on July 18 after being diagnosed with H1N1, a virus that manifests itself as a respiratory infection. The presenter got better, but on August 1 he returned to the hospital and has been hospitalized since then. Silvio Santos ‘ family members spoke out and wished him good energy.

Tiago Abravanel, grandson of the presenter, spoke about the state of health in an interview with Quem magazine. “Thank God, he is super well assisted by all the doctors,” said the artist. “With everyone’s faith, he will get out of this soon, God willing,” he asked last Wednesday (14).
