Actor Iran Lima, who became known for playing the character Seu Candinho Manso, in Professor Raimundo’s Little School, died at the age of 88, on Sunday morning (21), in Rio de Janeiro.
He had been hospitalized since last Thursday (18), at Unimed Hospital, in Barra da Tijuca, west of Rio, due to complications from an abdominal aneurysm. The comedian leaves three children, João Camargo, Giselle and Verônica, fruits of his first marriage, and the widow Lucia Baruffaldi, with whom he was married for 28 years.
According to g1, the wake is scheduled to take place on Monday (22), at 10 am, at the Carmo Memorial, in Caju. The actor’s body will be cremated.
