Comedian and former BBB Dilson Alves da Silva Neto, known as Nego Di, 30 years old, was arrested in Florianópolis (SC) last Sunday (14), suspected of involvement in a scam that would have caused a loss of R$ 5 million to customers. The matter went viral on social networks, and the photo of his police record, called mugshot, was released on the internet.
Nego Di is in preventive detention in Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, on suspicion of embezzlement. Therefore, authorities accessed the bank documents of the former BBB.
In the image, the former bbb appears in the orange uniform and does not show a reaction of sadness or fear when clicked for the police record. The online store “Tadizuera” of influencer Nego Di, sent an email to buyers claiming problems of “disorganization” and promised to return the money for the unshipped products.
The email was written in 2022 and asked victims to send their bank details, order number, name, and the amount paid on the purchased product that was not received. However, none of the victims consulted had a response to the email sent, let alone the amount lost.
Nego Di would be suspected of harming at least 370 people with the sale of products through an online store he owns — but the products were never delivered.
Accused of committing crimes of qualified embezzlement by electronic fraud and investigated for crimes of money laundering, tax fraud and electronic raffle, he had the request for habeas corpus denied by the Justice of Rio Grande do Sul last Monday (15).
