The singer Ludmilla caused controversy this Saturday (1st) by rebutting criticism that involves the demand for her shows. Through Instagram, the singer emphasized the success she has achieved and rejected the assumption that she would not have enough audience for the projects.
Recently, Ludmilla and Ivete Sangalo canceled their tour of Brazil. After the note from the responsible production company was released, netizens assumed that one of the reasons for the cancellation would be the lack of adherence of the public. In a live broadcast, Ludmilla rejected these assumptions.
“Where do you get the phrase ‘there’s only demand from the pagoda’ is a curse, it’s an offense? Say to me? Man, there are people who want to have demand in the living room at home and don’t, my friend, I have demand in the pagoda, I have demand wherever I want, you know? Wherever I am, there’s demand,” he began.
In the outburst, she pointed out that the people who criticize her on the subject would be forgotten about the last Rock In Rio she participated in, when she ‘stole’ the audience from other stages.
She also told the backstage of an event held by a mobile operator, in which, after she was announced as an attraction, the city asked them to give up the hiring due to the lack of civil structure to accommodate the public.
“I had to be taken off the line because of demand. [..] When they announced it online, the city hall contacted the event, [saying] ‘Look, we love Ludmila, but you can’t have Ludmilla perform on the beach with a free show, other than the New Year’s Eve structure or her block, because she draws crowds,'” he revealed.
“So, guys, demand isn’t the problem, like, you’re retarded… ‘There’s only demand in the pagoda’. There are people who don’t have demand in their living room. And if you get pissed off, it’s worse, because this year there’s something new,” he added.
