On Friday (10), Prince William, 41, broke British royal protocol and shared another update on the state of wife Kate Middleton’s health at St. Mary’s Community Hospital in the Isles of Scilly.
In an interview with Sky News, the future king said Kate is fine. When the hospital administrator asked about the children, he joked, “They’re so jealous that I’m here and that they’re not here either.”
William is in the Isles of Scilly with his wife. The place is known to be the favorite getaway of the Prince and Princess of Wales and their three children.
The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, 42, has remained out of the spotlight since announcing her cancer diagnosis in March.

On March 22, Kate Middleton appeared on social media and announced that she has been diagnosed with cancer. The Princess of Wales had been missing for the past few months after undergoing abdominal surgery in January this year.
In a video published on official profiles, Prince William’s wife explained that she is in the early stages of chemotherapy and, because of the scare, they kept it a secret.

“In January I had major abdominal surgery in London, it was expected that my condition would not be linked to cancer. The surgery was a success, but the tests after the operation showed that it was cancer. My doctors advised me to undergo a battery of preventive chemotherapy,” he said.
Kate stated that she wanted to break the news first to her children, George, Charlotte and Louis, and deal with the shock.
“Of course this was a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately, for the sake of our young family. As you can imagine, this took time. It took me some time to recover from major surgery to start my treatment. But most importantly, we take the time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I’m going to be OK.”
Finally, Kate spoke quietly about the theories and conspiracies about her health that have come out in recent days. “We need time, space and privacy while I complete my treatment. I need to focus on a full recovery,” he concluded.
