Businesswoman and influencer Kim Kardashian sparked controversy on social media last Tuesday (16). The reality star shared some photos from a “photoshoot” that she allegedly “posed” for her daughter North West.
However, what was supposed to be just an incentive to the child’s artistic talent, ended up bringing haters to the young woman.
North, who is 10 years old, was criticized for the photos and angles, as some were out of focus. Some digital trolls claimed, “Photography is NOT one of his talents,” “What’s the point of the blurry photos?” and “You’re neck and neck with Brooklyn Beckham’s photo book” — a reference to another famous son criticized for his artistic choices.
The young woman had already done other photo “shoots” of her mother, always emphasizing the beauty of a businesswoman, in addition to taking clear and blurry photos, which can be an aesthetic choice.
North has had her talent questioned by followers before, when Kim posted a painting of a Japanese landscape she painted when she was just eight years old.
Kim defended, “How dare you watch kids do amazing things and then try to accuse them of NOT being amazing?!?! Please stop being embarrassed by the negativity and allow every child to be GREAT!!”
