Easy desserts are an excellent option for satisfying sweet cravings without spending too much time in the kitchen. What’s more, they can be made with simple ingredients such as fruit, chocolate and gelatine. With this in mind, we’ve selected 4 irresistible recipes for you to enjoy on a daily basis. Chocolate cream

Ingredients

  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 400 g heavy cream
  • 10 g unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons cold water
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate powder
  • 200 ml of natural yogurt
  • Mint sprigs to decorate

Method of preparation

In a bowl, place the gelatine and water and mix until dissolved and set aside. Place the condensed milk, cream, reserved gelatine, chocolate powder and yogurt in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Distribute the mixture into individual containers and refrigerate until the cream is consistent. Then garnish with the mint sprigs and serve.

Pineapple jam

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple with the core removed and cut into cubes
  • 50 g of flavored gelatine pineapple
  • 200 g cream without serum
  • 1/2 l water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Pineapple slices to decorate

Method of preparation

In a bowl, place the gelatine and dissolve it according to the instructions on the package. Set aside. In a saucepan, add the water, pineapple and sugar and put on a medium heat to cook for 20 minutes. Then turn off the heat, add the reserved gelatine, mix well and leave to cool slightly. Add the cream, stir and distribute into individual containers. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Unmold, decorate with the pineapple slices and serve.

Rice pudding with strawberry syrup

Ingredients

Rice

  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • Candlestick, star anise and orange peel to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Syrup

  • Frozen strawberries to taste
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • Sliced strawberries to decorate

Method of preparation

Rice

In a saucepan, place the rice, cover with water, add the sugar and cook over medium heat until tender. Then reduce the heat, add the milk, cinnamon, star anise and orange peel and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the spices, add the cream and stir well. Distribute the rice pudding into individual containers and set aside.

Syrup

In a saucepan, add the strawberries and sugar and cook over medium heat until you have a syrup, with a few strawberries still in pieces. Then pour the syrup over the rice pudding, garnish with the strawberry pieces and refrigerate to chill. Serve afterwards.

Powdered milk pudding

Ingredients

  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Mode of preparation

In a blender, add the condensed milk, powdered milk, milk and eggs and blend until smooth. Add the vanilla essence and blend again. Set aside. Put the sugar and water in a pudding mold and mix well. Place over a medium heat to cook until caramelized. Turn off the heat, spread the syrup on the sides of the pan and arrange the pudding on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour. Refrigerate for 4 hours, unmold and serve.
