See the 30 best-selling SUVs of February: New podium is formed

In the last month, we highlighted the best-selling SUVs in Brazil in the first month of the year, when this segment had a market share of 48.15%. However, in February, sales in this segment decreased slightly, now representing 46.75%. Even so, the SUVs remained the absolute leaders in the Brazilian market, while the small hatches, which occupy second place, also registered a drop, with 27.35%. All this information is provided by Fenabrave (National Federation of Motor Vehicle Distribution).

The Hyundai Creta continues to top the list, with 4,385 units sold, although with a drop of 513 units compared to January. In second place, we have a new runner-up, the Jeep Compass with 4,074 copies sold, representing an increase on the 3,591 units sold in January. The third position also has a new model: VW T-Cross moved up from sixth to the podium, with 4,039 units finding its new owner. Remember that VW’s SUV was the best-seller of 2023.

The Nissan Kicks has fallen one position, now coming in fourth place and registering a decrease of 167 units, totaling 3,907 units sold. The Chevrolet Tracker, which occupied second place, fell to fifth place, with 3,674 units sold, a difference of 606 units compared to the previous month.

The Fiat Fastback (3,594 units) and the Jeep Renegade (3,502) took sixth and seventh place respectively, leaving the VW Nivus (3.250) in eighth place.

Meanwhile, the Honda HR-V (3,221 copies) rose from 11th to ninth place, overtaking rival Corolla Cross, which now closes the top 10 with 2,878 units sold.
